Should we get a border collie?

OK i am able to get a puppy border collie (very young), we have five people in our family, me thirteen years old, sister nine years old, my brother five years old, and my mom and dad, we are all gone during the day. i heard the the border collie is very destructive, and im wondering would that be a problem. the most my family could walk them a day is for about a hour and half and play some games for about 30 minutes, is this enough? also where do you sugest keeping her if we do decide to get one. is the dog a family dog? truly i need your help. is it loving and nice or destrcutive, doesnt listen.. please help should we get,, its our first dog!
