What do you think of Chappell's effect?

What a cop out that is.Cnqaus is right,Chappell shook up the team & BCCI but unfortunately he didn't go far enough.It amazes me that India keeps appointing foreign coaches & then immediately set about destroying his good name.They have one big problem,they don't know how to take orders from foreigners which sets you to wondering why they hire them in the first place.
