Healthiest strawberry jam?

Instead of jam, use all natural preserves, Bonne Marrie is good and most grocers carry it, or Simply Fruit is delicious as well and carried at most grocery stores. Just read the labels. Most fruit is sweet on it's own and makes it's own sugar so I've never seen the point of adding all kinds of sugar, As Jake noted, you can make your own as well.
