How can I control my 4 year old nephew's violent behavior?

The only thing you can do and have control over is where do you meet with them. Make it a point not to invite her over to your house again if she is bringing the kids. There are no other choices if you don't want to outright talk about this with her, because you know she's not going to take it well.
