Is there a way to order pizza ( or any food for that matter) charging your phone number? ?

I'm at home alone right now, and getting hungry. Absolutely nothing in the fridge or pantry. So I thought of ordering pizza/food. The thing is I don't have money, or a credit or debit card. Is there any way I can use my phone (iPhone) to order pizza (food)?
