My parents are confusing?

they say im dizzy because i never eat but ITS NOT MY FAULT!!! my brother he got back from the army and now eating everything we have. and that leaves me nothing plus, they barely buy any food and blame it on me that i don't eat. well i don't cook that good because im young but no cereal no oatmeal just cans of food that's in sitting in our pantry for a LONG time ago and im seroisly getting headaches help me
