Recipes that use Swabian egg noodles?

I bought a bag of Swabian egg noodles from the store a while ago and they've been just sitting in my pantry because I have no idea of what recipes I could use them in! Does anyone know of any good recipes that these egg noodles could be used? Links would be much appreciated. Thank you!
