Worm in my food? scared?

im 15 male. and i was eating some ravioli in a can that i got from a place called Aldis's that has a few stores in Oklahoma. and i was eating my last can that i had in the pantry for a wyle. and i eat em all. and what do i find.. i took the last bite and noticed something weird feeling in my mouth. so i spit that piece out and ate the rest of the last bite. and i looked at it and washed it off. and i thought it was a worm. and i told my dad and he looked at it with magnifier and he said it was a grub worm. it was dead cause it wasn't moving. idk if the microwave killed it or if it was dead from being in the can or what. but will anything happen to me from a grub worm if i ate one before i found that one? will anything happen if it was a alive one if i ate one.
